ライセンス契約の打ち切りは、ソフトウェアの提供が止まることを意味しています。これにより、カジノアクションのオンラインカジノは営業終了となります。

カジノアクショングループはTusk Investment Corporationというオーストラリアの会社が運営しています。マイクロゲーミングの発表によると、2月27日にTusk社が会社を清算する予定であることをマイクロゲーミングに通知してきたため、今回のライセンス終結に至ったということです。
問題になるのは、既存プレイヤーの残高がどうなるかですが、この件についてはマイクロゲーミングが近々発表を行うそうです。
過去にマイクロゲーミングのオンラインカジノが破綻したケースが2件ありましたが、そのいずれの場合もマイクロゲーミングがカジノにかわってプレイヤーへの残高の支払いを完了しました。
今回はどうなるか一切分かりません。
もしかしたら、キャプテンクックスカジノの時のように買い手が現れて、新オーナーの元で営業を再開する可能性もありますが、どうなるでしょうか。
カジノアクショングループについては、先日eCOGRAが認定証の一時保留を発表し、その理由について憶測を呼んでいましたが、こういうことでした。
オンラインカジノの閉鎖がいろいろと続いていますが、比較的長く続いたグループがまた破綻です。

‘Microgaming announces that it has terminated its software licence with Tusk Investment Corporation – with immediate effect, after having received Tusk’s notification of its plans to put the Company into liquidation.
Microgaming is presently gathering all facts related to this matter and will provide further announcements as and when information becomes available.’
